I am proud of the work the Board of Selectmen has accomplished in recent years. We’ve made meaningful progress in preserving agricultural land, upgrading communications in a post–COVID environment, using state funds to expand coverage of our meetings, planning for capital projects, and strengthening collaboration across our Boards of Education, Finance, and other town committees. We’ve also invested in technology, public safety, roadway maintenance, and recreational facilities to better serve our community.
While past budgets have kept increases below the rate of inflation, costs continue to rise. That’s why I believe it’s critical that we work collaboratively with the Board of Education and Board of Finance to maintain services while limiting tax increases.
My skills from prior work, combined with my record of service to Granby, make me committed and prepared to continue serving on the Board of Selectmen.
